CBTA is the first step towards EBT, it is the heart of MPL, and it can also be applied to traditional training schemes to enhance training quality. HATCO´s experience in the field of CBTA originates in 2001 and spans across the complete development process from ICAO to its aplication in AOCs and ATOs.
We support NAAs and Regulators with qualification and training courses for their staff. We provide independant in-sight training expertise to facilitate rule making and oversight. We deliver CBTA Courses (including EBT and MPL ) for Authority personnel, e.g. to inspectors.
We support ATOs during the complete process, from application until achieving an EASA ATO approval.
To enable commercially efficient, compliant and safe training operations, we develop and maintain optimized manuals for ATOs: HATCO-OMM, HATCO-TRM and HATCO-OM
We provide well designed UPRT programs for AOCs and ATOs, compliant with regulations and IATA / OEM guidance.
We train and standardise instructors to deliver UPRT in AOCs and ATOs.
We develop Advanced UPRT Programs for ATOs delivering the FCL.745.A course. We provide instructor standardisation courses.
We design MPL and ATPL courses using CBTA or CBTA principles. We facilitate the necessary change processs in ATOs to implement CBTA and to establish consistent training data analysis. We support the ATO during the complete process, from application until approval of the training programs.
We support operators during the implementation of EBT principles and mixed EBT programmes.
We educate instructors in delivering competency-based training. We train instructors in performing formative and summative assessments of pilot performance during CBTA programmes, using CBTA grading schemes.
Instructor concordance is the foundation of training data analysis and pilot/course evaluation. We support operators in the implementation of an instructor concordance assurance programme (ICAP).
