Our history
In 2005 Dieter Harms founded Harms Aviation Training Consulting. Over the years HATCO developed, built on the principle of independent, trusted and reliable services to the aviation community.

Our mission and our passion is to serve Investors, Operators, Approved Training Organisations, Aviation Organisations, Authorities and Regulators in the fields of training innovations, documentation and organization change management.
